About Me

Neuromuscular  Therapist and Health Educator

        My name is Milena Lozoya. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute: College of Massage Therapy. Proudly graduated with letters of excellence and high honors, with the title of Advance Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator. Before becoming a massage therapist, I've always wanted to help others, whether it's listening to others, giving them advice, or just being there for a hug. I'm a great listener, and people have always felt welcome to speak with me. At a point in my life, I thought my calling was to be a psychologist. However, as I followed my path in life, marrying a U.S. Marine, I found it came with its challenges. Choosing to be a stay-at-home mother-of-five with one child being autistic, I wanted to help my family the best I could. Massage came into play, and it was the best decision I've made. 

          I've truly grown and matured in this profession. It feels great to be able to help others emotionally and physically. My knowledge in massage continues to expand over time. Allow me to listen to your aches and pains. You don’t have to be alone and ignore your discomfort as this can later result in imbalances and more aches over time. Let me help you get back to being 100% again. Some of you may need more than one session but I can guarantee I will not disappoint you in every single one of my sessions. My work is my passion and I'm truly excited to work with every single one of you.
